Indeed, got the same. (You die, you feel relatively safe now :p)

Another detail : it gave me 100% kill rate on the level, which imo, should only be the case if I put the nuke myself.

You get that death message any time you die on a level with an armed nuke, in fact you will see it in every failed AoRA run as the game treats all nukes the same. I believe this was intended
