Heres a new trait thought:
Reflexes: Waiting takes .1 seconds (or 50%/10%) (or whatever the minimum resolution is). That way you can always get the first hit on things.
Having this will decrease the importance of movespeed (which is what I assume wait time is based on)

Maybe this will somehow improve those other ideas. "wait for good moment" seems like a good strategy element, but one that isnt ever directly rewarded.

Wait time is always 1.0s(0.91 for scouts) regardless of movespeed. There were suggestions to change it depending on ms , but it's not the most important thing anyway.
I think that trait about waiting is too exotic. Besides let's say you want to wait 2.0 seconds? 20 keypresses of wait button? And wait-run is not configured for current situation.
