  He managed to raise Mt. Erebus completely!
  Then at last he found Dis!
  He nuked level 24!
  On level 24 he finally sacrificed himself to kill the Mastermind.

This was a pretty good run; I have been able to consistently make it to the endgame if I skip Arena. It is pretty much guaranteed you will get Storm Pistol before Anomaly, and it really helps out. And then I managed to get Cybernetic Armor off of Deimos Lab, which was amazing; turned the whole run into easy mode. I wanted to make it into something, but I didn't get any more mods. Also in Deimos Lab, I got Blaster, which I didn't think was going to be very useful, but turned out to be very good; Its one of the only ways you can break into the vaults on Angel of Marksman, if you skip Arena. Also: Plasma damage is your BEST FRIEND FOREVER.

I ended up having to run from Agony Elemental, I lost control of the fight, which is what drove my kill percentage down so much.

Buuuuut..... I got stupid once I got to Dis. I wanted to go fight JC, for my first time. That... didn't happen.

So...... I had Lava Element. 9 seconds invulnerability.
and a Thermonuclear. 10 second Countdown Nuke.
My Face when I realized I wasn't gonna be invuln when the bomb went off? =(

9 turns, not 9 seconds. Just saying this to prevent yasd of  doomguy with >100% movespeed.

Rest assured you won't make that mistake again. It's still counts as a partial victory, though.

Thats really important to remember, I destroyed myself once when I used lava element i believe after the message about 3 second until explosion appeared. That was painful.

Since then I use it only when 2 seconds message appear. And also now I always use wait command, never moving or shooting until bomb goes off.

Hmm, so you can prolong it, if you do some slow actions, like reloading chaingun?

Hmm, so you can prolong it, if you do some slow actions, like reloading chaingun?

Yes, or using the full reload option for the Combat Shotgun.  (The only time that option is useful)

That's why everyone carries a gothic armor, for those cases when they need to _slow down_ ;).
