I've said it before, but I'll say it again. I find it useful to drop my nukes into the lava. (or acid) It makes them skip the countdown. And since you're invulnerable, you have no problem stepping into lava. :)

Yeah, that doesn't make sense. It is the initial explosion that triggers the second part of the thermie, so dropping into lava shouldn't cause it to explode that widely as well.
Welp. We should probably nerf it for 0.9.9.8.

I dropped a couple of nukes into lava in my recent run. The "suddenly you feel really stupid" message is a bit out of place when invulnerable.

What happens if an armed nuke is eaten up by lava/acid that is advancing from one side of the screen to the other?
