There is an easier way to get his head that is extra effective on AoMC - just use the BFG and get him with blast while he cannot get you with his rockets. No need in DM, speed or luck with dodge. One B3 bfg will be enough for hmp even after nerf.

Halls of Carnage / Spider's Lair is on 14.
Cyberdemon is on 16.
