rapid fire start to knockback at 12 damages. Since plasma rifle's max dice damage is 7, SoB 5 can knocks targets back. This might not be that bad with sniper mod, but I don't think you should aim for rapid fire knockback, since it produces many misses.

And y, I count 1.2 / 1.8 bonus shots from T-mod cause it reduces attack speed by 20%.
EDIT : my numbers were wrong, of course, I always forget that "20%" speed is 20% action cost reduction... so 6 hits become 6 * 1/(1-.2)=7.5, and not 6*(1+.2)=7.2. obvious... from some point of view.

Anyway, the 2 more shots seem negligible to me in that case, and I prefer beeing able to switch targets quicker. Also, for chainfire, it becomes 4*11 vs 5*9, so, 1 less shoot for F mod -- if I'm correct --.
I think this doesn't take in account the rounding, and might be wrong, since reducing attack time from 0.29 to 0.21 might be completely useless (I think unless you reach the 0.1s cap, it's always usefull.... guess the quick question threads would be a good place to ask).
Anyway, I hate stupid F-mods : when playing MAc, they just slightly increase the number of misses, and when not... they waste ammo ! Nano weapons might be the only exceptions, but I still doubt it. :)
