Run was looking good until level 70, where I had all my cover destroyed and had to phase to the stairs. Went down them and found a goddamn Lava Elemental cave, had to use my last homing phase. Landed in a rough spot on 72, should have healed up, but I'd just been blowing through medkits on 70 and being dropped back to low health in the same turn, so I skipped it and just tried to kill the Bruiser Brother and heal afterward, and didn't notice the barrel behind me.
I think the next attempt will just be a basic Ao100, so I don't miss Centurial Platinum with a post-100 death like this.
