I assume this is a bug, since nuke BFGs can mod to anything the standard BFG can. I know laser rifles don't mod to hyperblaster, but they're not technically plasma rifles... the nuclear plasma rifle... is =P

Well, sure, the wiki correctly reflects the way the game works right now. But it's player edited =P just because someone else discovered that the nuclear plasma rifle doesn't mod into the hyperblaster doesn't mean it isn't supposed to.

You could presumably check the requirements also by looking at the [A]ssemblies page in game. I cannot do that right now, because I lost my profile, but I would expect it to agree with the wiki.

I also was surprised by this at first, but I suppose balance-wise it is not so bad (though the nuclear plasma rifle is now quite rare anyway).

at 0.9.9.6 you can't assemble hyperblaster from nuclear plasma. And at 0.9.9.7 too. And you are really can see it on [A]ssemblies page.

And you can't assemble speedloader combat pistol. Only pistol, and that also can be found at assemblies page.

No good assemblies for nuclear plasma, actually.
Assault nuclear plasma use 2 cells per shot.
Burst nuclear plasma have low accuracy.

best way mod it with P- B- S- mods, and A- in some builds.
