Blade and I have really high demon counts. A lot of mine (probably over 1000) were from Nightmare attempts. Since captains were also scummed for ammo, there are a few hundred extra of those.
I played 16 games since the first file was posted. 1 HMP AoMr win and 15 UV games (mostly AoMr, perhaps 1 or 2 AoB). I don't have that many files in my mortem directory, though.
In those 16 games, I killed the following:

214 demons
170 lost souls

58 barons of hell
2 Cyberdemons :)

104 arachnotrons

Most of the harder kills (arch-viles, for example) were probably from a handful of games. I was surprised how many arachnotrons there were, but I run into an awful lot of "Twisty passage" levels with A's in UV. I also cleared the spider nest in the HMP AoMr win.
