Sooo... I have still real trouble finishing on HMP, however I figured I can try few runs for Arena Silver badge. AoMC seemed like a logical choice, paired with Int2 which helped finish the Arena in several tries.
Well, I never managed to get below lvl 4 on regular UV, so I never expected to get far. But I have to say, Int2 on Max Carnage is awesome :) So to my surprise, I finished the whole thing without any real trouble. Either I got lucky, or I improved without noticing it :D. Probably the first one...
I was really reluctant to go for Armory, but it turned out to be one of the best choices I could make - I ran into Super shotgun and sniper pack...hellooo plasmatic shrapnel :) This probably saved me shitloads of trouble with archviles. Also, I feel like I didnt have to do City of Skulls, since I almost got my ass kicked there, only phase device saved me..but the xp was nice, so I guess worth the risks.
Just too bad I missed 3 guys somewhere, so no Veteran Gold, well, next time.. :)
