First, don't. Crawl Wiki is a deathtrap. LearnDB and knowledge bots are much, much more informative and up-to-date.
Second, why don't you ask at the Dungeon Crawl forum instead asking here? ;)

Crawl wiki was hosted on Chaosforge apparently, hence asking here makes some sense. Dunno what happened to it myself though.

Apparently there was a problem which resulted in the wiki being taken offline.  I don't know the details but I do know that it requires Rimmon, our web server guy, to fix it.  Don't know when that will happen.
