That wouldn't have helped me here, I died trying to get out of the way but there were more barrels that way too. I'm blaming this one on the RNG.

It seems like you had enough time to hit a Former twice though, would those two actions+time help? I think running makes it take less time to move as well, which means less actions for barrel blowing fun.
