It doesn't, and no, you're not the only one playing on graphics :) I started playing when graphics came out, since I'm way too lazy to go oldschool :D

That's why I said it's only an issue in console mode.  :)  (Console mode doesn't have mouse control)

I wouldn't say that. I notice a lot more input lag on graphics mode, and clicking on the square manually can be disorientating and slower.

Although, this is no fault of the devs - it just requires the player to take more care.

As for failures? Had the most horrible Ao100 run earlier, was living on skin and bones until I got to floor 10 where I spawned between 4 barons with 1 medikit, no phase devices, no armor. Wasn't even an arena.
