Dumb question, But where can i find the ini file?

as the title says, where is it? I've tried the installation folders and even done a comp wide search. (all hidden files seem to be visible) (my game seems to be running just fine). anyone know where i can find it?

You probably want the config.lua. Some of the references to it are outdated, I think.
