Malek Deneith:
And so you go, past the crowd, past the guards still gathering corpses, and near the boat that brought the invaders. As you come close to it, once again it asks for the scepter, as it did to Berak's construct last time. When you show the item to the figurehead it allows you to board the ship. Once you do it speaks one more time:
- Set to the oars, and I will pilot the course through the blizzard. The Winter King awaits.

thelaptop:
Marek mutters a soft prayer to Pelor as he boards the boat.

"Wait, 'set to the oars'?  We're rowing?"

LuckyDee:
After having presented the scepter to the figurehead, Isirius turns to Quill:

- Mylady, if the cold still bothers you, you might want to keep this on you...

Xander Morhaime:
The kobold didn't need to be asked twice - she grabbed the sceptre and tucked it behind her belt.

"Quill is grateful, but Quill thinks you should get to rowing before talking boat gets impatient. Quill would help, but Quill's arms are too short for the rowing. Not to worry, though - Quill will help you keep good pace."

slave:
Berak eyes the kobold, suspicious.
