Ao100 is boring and easiest challenge.
Again, Ammochain + hyperblaster + SoB(3↑) is the best way to take down swarm of enemies on late levels.
I got also Armorer Platinum here.
Nothing much to say about the run itself, so I would to share what I think about the "ultimate gears"
which can be only made in these kinds of run like Ao100 or ArAo666.
1.
Dragonslayer / Berserker Armor / Enviroboots (or cerberus boots+A)
Standard DS set. The huge drawback is that BA makes your speed -70%. Yuck.
It does NOT protect you from acid/lava so you must take Enviroboots or cerberus boots. Both of them are sluggish.
Even with HR3, your speed would not exceed 0.7s/move.

Dragonslayer / Malek's Armor / Nyarlaptotep's Boots
I think this is MUCH BETTER than set above. With HR3, your speed would be 0.1~0.2s/move. Cool.
The late stages of Ao100/ArAo666 is so boring so you would think about running into the stairs ASAP.
If you have the Berserker Armor, don't equip it until reaching floor 99/665.

Malek's Armor / Nyarlaptotep's Boots
Inquisitor set itself is very useful. Swarm of archviles/mancubi/revenants? Fear not!
But barons/bruisers/shamblers/former commandos/arachnotrons would be much tougher.
The biggest problem is swarm of nightmare arachnotrons.
If you enter nightmare arachnotron cave, you must use the homing phase device.
4.
Nano super shotgun+P (sub : Nuclear biggest fucking gun+P)
Nano super shotgun+P is crazy. With finesse 2~3, enemies can barely harm you.
With nuclear biggest fucking gun+P equipped in the prepared weapon slots, you can clear out the enemies once a floor.
5.
Demolition minigun+S (sub : hyperblaster) / Malek's Armor / Nyarlaptotep's Boots
A perfect weapon to give bombardment. Inquisitor set is recommended
to protect you from the splash damage by attacking enemies just near you.
You have to prepare plasma-type subweapon to deal with enemies resistant to fire (like lava elemental)
6.
Cerberus ballistic vest or duelist armor+P or O (I think P is better) / Enviroboots or cerberus boots+A
A cool gear for melee fighter (with berserk you'll get -95% resistance for all).
7.
Cybernano phaseshift armor+P / Antigrav phaseshift boots+A
Immune to fluids, and again you'll be fast as crazy. Recommended set in late boring stages of Ao100/ArAo666.
