100% kills on AoMr for me requires the number of demons and/or decent items to be in my favor. Sadly this was not the case, and I don't feel like wussing out and going with HNTR with this run. As you can see by my new pile of dead doomguys at the bottom I had been trying a combination of AoB or AoMr runs with the demon count not in my favor. I forgot just how many times this game can hand you your ass before giving you what you need to bag a win. That said, on to the details:

Phobos wasn't a miracle, a few extra demons in the wrong places, not enough good drops to justify Hell's Arena, high power pistol aside. Armory and Phobos Lab gave me plenty of recovery items, good mods and a sniper pack/combat pistol, wouldn't have wasted if I knew stormbolters were still one damage better even with an extra P mod on the combat pistol. To add insult to injury there was too much lava between me and most of the map on level 10 so I had to take containment area stairs to get out. The sniper pack made Halls of Carnage a breeze to mow through but I didn't get the nuclear BFG I was hoping for. not sure if Overcharge works on AoMr but I thought I'd try to grab one, no dice. Cybie was pretty easy at this point, plenty of mods and red armor by then.

Hell was pure luck, thank the RNG god's for a second sniper pack. My decision to take a couple of the "extra" challenge levels netted me two levels of int just in time to save me from spawning immediately next too several mancubi and two viles. I literally got int 2 after killing the first vile and running like hell. I would have died right there otherwise. Then I forgot to read the level feeling on 21 and lava flow damn near killed me, tried to go back for an invulnerability globe buy I didn't make it in time. A lucky phase brought me to the good side of the map and luckily the stairs were in the right location to save my ass. I skipped the Morturay which probably robbed me of the easy double nuke win. I decided to skip it even though a homing phase might have landed me next to the nuclear BFG. That would have been it for the final evil but I decided against it, didn't find a second thermie, and had to go in guns blazing. I rolled Mt Erebus so I was able to run across without a suit and survive, turned out to be the deciding factor in my run due to the extra suits available for the endgame. Final battle was a lot harder than I thought, I didn't realize the pattern of spawns hitting the final evil from darkness would be random. it almost killed me but I had a good combination of envirosuits and armor to save my butt. Sadly I had no medpacks in the end but luckily no more surprise spawns hit and JC stayed open for the kill. Thought I might have lost it, next time I'm not skipping mortuary/limbo if I find a thermie elsewhere. cant forget splash damage either next time, though with pistols that was impossible at the time.

You can overcharge nuclear BFG to nuke on AoB, AoMr, AoSh, etc.

And Halls of Carnage does not reward you nuclear BFG, it just give vanilla BFG. Overcharging it just make stronger BFG blast (and weapon crush afterwards).

So, you can make a guaranteed full win, by clearing(or just taking nuclear BFG and flee) Mortuary/Limbo and Lava Pits/Mt.Erebus.

It's random, the nuclear BFG in my last mortem came from the halls of carnage, pretty sure anyway, I'm going to download that recorder of yours and record all my runs from now on, I think all good runs should be shared. too bad there isn't a demo mode that runs based on game time so you dont have to watch people sit there for half an hour while they break for lunch. Should have a feature where you can pause it too and go move by move.
