[9997|G|Linux] Access Violation in Mt Erubus

I was in Erubus with a melee build and phaseshift boots walking over lava. At the time I believe I was using a B3 Combat Shotgun. I was over the large lava pool clearing out the dregs of the Lost Souls before the elemental fight. I got the above message and was told to report the bug.
