So here I am mowing through the hordes of hell when I find myself hitting "o" immediately after accessing inventory, thus activating my lava element early. That sucked, should be an optional lag toggle for accidental i+o or i+u key presses. Oh well, its been awhile since I battled mastermind legit, turns out if you have enough knockback and medkits it's not even hard. Had to phase out of one level due to alarm. those things have a tendency to murder me in hell levels. By the way, where's doom 2? You know, 40 souls have ventured into Hell on Earth, 38 have died. 1 beat the icon, and 1 made Jon Romero his bitch. make it happen people lol.

Do yourself a favour and edit your config.lua file.  There's a line there that says "Invmenustyle" and gives some options for how you access your inventory.  The default is "hybrid;" change that to "choice" and that should end your I/O mashing woes.  :)

I had the same issue in previous versions with wasting large med packs and other valuable resources due to hitting the wrong button, even losing games and missing out on Diamond badges over it.  I had to badger Kornel quite a bit to get him to put that feature into this version, so feel free to offer partial thanks to me for that.  :)

Why thank you good sir, many a medpack shall not go to waste. better that than the lava element though. that was a pretty good what? nooooooooo! moment.

While you're at it, don't forget to remove all traces of keys allowing diagonal movement.
