To be honest it was kinda casual, without trying to sound arrogant. With all those medkits lying around and not trying any special levels it wasn't that hard. But the beginning is always the most difficult, especially with melee builds. It was basically my first attempt to work with my fists and wanted to see how far i could go without weapons. The further i got, the more excited i got. In the end i couldn't help but imagining Doomguy like this:

I would encourage everyone to try fisting your way through DoomRL. It's pretty neat when things finally work out for you. I've been playing for a few years now and lately i'm spending too much time at home so i think i'm improving. Although all those dead doomguys and 17 days of playtime tell me otherwise.

Terrible choice of verb there.  I'd go with punching.

If you like Strongmanning, HMP on AoMs seems like a rather fun combination to go for.  That or HMP and AoP.  You'd see even more dead DoomGuys before a win.  >.<

That's the joke, but i agree it didn't really came through on an internet forum. I like your suggestions, dare i enter this world of frustration and dead DoomGuys? Who knows..
