Report post button is broken

I tried reporting a post to a moderator today.  Specifically, this post, which I think is from a bot or something, and I got this message:

I get the same message for any post I try to report.

Yeah, bits and pieces of the Forum are falling apart.  However, I still saw the moderator reports (and the relevant posts too) and took action on it.
