FMOD failes on initialization

Hello. I'm kinda new here, and i haven't found anything about my issue. I have kinda oldshool notebook (2003 hp Compaq nc6220 - 512 mb RAM, ~1GHz CPU, 24 mb VRAM, sound is broken on the motherboard), and having an error message about failing FMOD on launch. I've installed latest drivers on this notebook but it's still not working. Dunno what to do. Here's my error log. I would appreciate any help.

Sound is the issue. Try disabling it in config.
