Berserk! to Spanish translation project

Hi guys. Is the Berserk source code available for modification? I want to do a translation project of the game into Spanish. I am an amateur game translator with several years on the subject and I find it super interesting to bring these game to people who do not know English.
Is it possible to download the source code to change the language?

Thanks Kornel, I readed readme.txt file and to compile the source I need Valkyrie library. It says that I can download from http://valkyrie.chaosforge.org...but this URL is down. Where I can download this library?
