How to get to JC?

Been playing for years, searched the wiki and the forums thoroughly and can find tons of mortems from people that beat him, and info on how to beat him, but one key piece of critical information is missing. How do you get to him in the first place? Wiki says hes on floor 25, but the game ends with the spider mastermind on floor 24.

Find the down staircase in Dis Spoiler (click to show/hide)by nuking the mastermind while invulnerable.  There is a guaranteed nuke in the mortuary/ limbo and a guarantee invulnerability in lava pits/erebus, so a conqueror is also set up to fully win.

So its based off of pure luck to actually have both those things? Damn that sucks cause those levels are rare af. Oh well -.-

Uhm, no, they're not rare. They're literally hardcoded to show up, as they're paired levels. You cannot miss them.
