30 of those were killed.
3 didn't read the thermonuclear bomb manual.
And 3 couldn't handle the stress and committed a stupid suicide.

Tactical armour probably would have been a better use of mods than boots for this badge, but I was originally just going for Shottyman Gold, at least until I got to Phobos Anomaly and decided to try my luck. Equipped with a tactical shotgun and a shell box for fast reloading, I cleared the Anomaly damageless on UV with the following strategy:
I toggled run at 12 steps away from the entrance door, triggered the trap on the 13th step, then ran back to the entrance and closed the door. Fortunately, imps were the only monster nearby that could open doors, and they were easy enough to kill. I used Intuition to track the mosters' movement while the door was closed, and then opened the door to corner shoot them when they were in favourable positions, closing the door again if they got too close. After that it was a simple matter of radar shooting the bruisers to death.
With the hard part out of the way, all I had to do was make it to Cybie and not fuck up there. Sure enough, Gunrunner and Shottyman made Cybie a cakewalk.
A Scout with Hellrunner, Dodgemaster, and Intuition is already how I normally play DoomRL, but that build proved especially useful for this particular badge.
As a side note, I went into Spider's Lair to see if the standard reward would get replaced with something usable on AoSh like a plasma shotgun, but no such luck. At least I know not to go there on weapon restricted challenges now.
