This is less of a bug report, and more of a suggested refinement of the system you have in place.

This tends to happen frequently and it interrupts the flow. A chest will spawn in a very tight corridor so that if there is something else inside the room, you have to walk all the way around it.

We'll be slowly removing such instances (there is more than one such case).
