[0.9.9.7G Win] Access Violations at Phobos Anomaly

I seem to be unable to continue past Phobos in my games. I've been able to reach Phobos Anomaly multiple times, but each time some manner of bug has stopped me from actually completing it. Twice, I entered the portal and the end and faced an access violation. One time, I killed one of the brothers yet it somehow did not die, then died again and produced two corpses. For the record, these were completely normal runs with no special conditions. I have attached the error log.
