I started a fresh profile for DRL and decided I wanted to get the fists-only badge to start with. This was my second attempt, buoyed by generous health pickups, armor drops, and invuln spheres appearing before the first two boss levels. Next time I'll actually use weapons - as fun as it is to imagine your character beating everything to death with their bare hands, weapon usage is a lot more interesting.

Congrats on your victory, but you made some rather curious choices there.  If you intended to get 100% kills, why didn't you do a Vampyre build instead of Blademaster?  (Or would that be "Fistmaster?"  Never mind, that sounds wrong)  :P

And you passed up Chained Court in a melee game?  :o  I try not to judge or anything, but that feels like it should be a crime.  :P

Man... you know that you've not played DRL for a long time when "Chained Court" turns up a blank in the map layout in the head.  T_T

I think I did my Iron Fist run in the true spirit of the badge, with no alternates(and no chance of accidentally tanking the run, either!)

Sure, but I'm not suggesting using the chainsaw;  that level contains the equivalent of five berserk packs, and with the increased powerup duration of ITYTD, those can last you all the way to the Cyberdemon.  I mean...  you don't have to use them, but it sure is a lot of fun.  :)
