Actually before anouncing starcraft 2 Blizzard has been rehiring staff members that worked on starcraft,
and that "bling" is probally your computer trying to handle the graphics.

Nope just stating facts, trailers (like ion game-cinematics) still use your graphics card so it might be your computer.

Do you REALLY understand the difference between showing a bunch of pictures and a real-time rendering ?

Yes I do, in fact the art trailer does have in-game footage as well.
