Gibbing Lost Souls. It really does gib their corpses, but for what reason?

Requests For Features / New Lever Effects

We all talk about adding more lever effects. But I don't see any topic where actually ideas posted.

So I start it:

Warp lever
Effect: Teleports every enemy on the level.
Usage: Once
Message: "You feel momentaly warped"

Turret lever
Effect: Attacks every enemy in your sight  range  and you with a random attack (monster or weapon)
Usage: 1-5 times
Message: "A turret pops up from the celling. The turret hits you..... THe turret disappears"

Accuirement lever
Effect: Spawns random non-unique item on the nearby square.
Usage: 1-3 times
Message: "An item falls from above"

Flash lever
Effect: Stuns enemies and darkens level as if you just entered the lever
Usage: Once
Message: "You see a flash of extremely bright light"

Random Effect lever
Effect: Power-ups you by a random power-up, or damages you by 3 HP ignoring armour
Usage: 2-3 times
Message: Power-up message or "The pain wrecks your body"

Requests For Features / A couple of knockback changes

The idea - make knockback into a wall hurt foes for an amount of damage equal to the number of knocked squares. Imagine - when you're pushed into a wall, why don't you take damage? And another - make special attack (fire) for some melee weapons - push. It knockes back for (2 + level of brute) squares away opponent, dealing zero damage. The distance is doubled if berserk.(10 squares maximum. Quite far)

The mysterious "evil"  which is shooting me(*) is hided behind the green door, and is an ordinary former human. But why don't I see him?

When something with a splash attack like BoH fires you and message bar asks you to press enter, the blast reaches you but doesn't explode. It explodes after you press the enter.
Weird enough.

Immunity to acid, if somebody doesn't know.

Actually, this is really strange - while they're immune to acid, why they're running from it and stay paralized when surrounded by it? I don't think it's a bug, but by some thoughts it can be.

I propose that they should don't differ acid floor and ordinary floor.

If you clean the arena, and don't take all of the rewards, the next level message begins with:"Run,mortal! There's no hiding in Hell!", as if I didn't that hellish stuff there. Not sure about the rewards, maybe picking all of them does fix it, or maybe not.

 You have 25 hours a day now. While you're working, you work 10% more.

Hell Coder
 You've been working fast. Yeah, really fast. Now you're disturbing 10% less, and there is 10% more chance that error don't occur it the line you type.

Finese
 Your fingers are so nimble that you're typing 15% faster that your former programmer.

Tough as Nails
 You have a strange protection of errors. They don't touch you. When program is compiled, 1 more line is compiled without question and works as you say.
 
Son of a PC
 You understand your friend. When you sit on your PC chair, it loads. Now every program you start, it types 1 more whole line on the first symbol.

Son of a Program
 You never wanted to use anything except the old school methods. If you write a line without using a module, you type it 20% faster and for the whole program can write 1 more whole line on first symbol.

Blind Eye
 You've masterred the Solo on the Keyboard technique. You have 2 more keys that you know most and they appear when you think of them.

Correctness Master

 The program is your creation. You can do anything with it. An error in the next line after the line with error can't occur.

Dual Threader
{Requires - (2) Son of a Program}
 You always thought that two is greater than one. Now you implement your thoughts into codes. This trait allows you two program around 2 threads at once, (you must have the second in queue), at 120% of the normal programming time.

LetterHappy
{Requires - (2) Son of a PC}
 Your fingers grow uncontrollable! When you're writing, they're writing without your help. Now when you're writing a chain of letters > 5, you automatically enter 1 letter into chain.

Code Loader
 You hate HATE HATE waiting till your code editor loads, which takes a waste of few precious seconds you'd rather spend on programming.
Every one level of this trait your editor is loading 20% faster !

Rebootyman
{Requires - (2) Code Loader }
 Whenever you take a break and go somewhere, you waste time. Thanks to this trait, whenever you move, system reboots itself, so that everything since last save is lost.
Now walking anywhere is pointless, get back to work !


Macroer
 You always were a preemptive coder... You see what needs done, and create new ways to do it easier! For every level of this trait, you can install two new macros directly into your IDE (one into your keyboard macro slots).

More will come. (and are coming).
All this is a joke, of course.

On lvl8 I got a You feel something really valuable here message. After cleaning the level looked in the every corner and found that it became destroyed. I was hoping it was one of the useless. On the next level after cleaning it didn't notice that it's cleaned and occasionally got over the unique. I didn't believe my eyes, because it was the shotgun! After looking through the message bar I found the "unique is here message" On the next level I TOO get the unique message. But for pity it was firestorm weapon pack. And the next level was an Hell's Armory, where Trigun was lying, waiting for pickup. I thought I'm going to win until that maze level spawned with it's 2 BoH and revenant. I was going to exit but when I found it I thought I could clear it. I was wrong.

Change speed of base diagonal movement to 1.4142135623730950488016887242097 (2^0.5) sec per move.(Maybe 1.4, or 1.41)  Because the way to move is longer. But this makes the dodging really useless unless you have DM, so better if speed changed add the chance to dodge.

There was once such topic, but somehow it's  now closed.
We now have master traits, so we could take some more ideas.

The Shooting
You think your move cycle is perfect? You're wrong. Only with this trait you can do 3 actions in time of 1. When you move, you shoot closest target, reload, and move.

Req:SoaB 3, SM.

Ballistic Professional
You've studied physics and ballistics enogh to count the full traectory of missle. And now you can send it flying on a parabolic traectory, completely ignoring wall. However, you need time to aim (*2) and when you hit a monster, it automaticaly knows where are you.

Req:MFA, WK1.

Acrobat
In the circut, you'd be an acrobat. In army, you're a skilled air fighter. When you're 1 square away from enemy, you can jump over him to be for instance:

Damage is equal to average of your current weapon. The trick is on special reload button, takes 10 turns.

Req:DM, Fin2, Jug.

The Unbeliever
You just don't belive in that demonic magic. And so, it even doesn't work at you. Arch-Viles can't hit you and can't ressurect when you see them, revenants missles become non-homing, barons&knight suffer damage from acid and arachnotrons are not faster than a former human .

Req: Bad, Iro3.
