Title: New Forum theme!

I decided that the old theme was too dark and scare, and while I'm filled with love, I decided that the best theme would be something more "optimistic" :). So, without further ado, dig the new and improved forum theme! :D

Well, I actually like the organization of this scheme better, but the mortems look pretty ugly now. :P
