Title: Cant Add another P - not a bug

I tried to do a ripper with my technician whizkid(2)
Got a chainsaw, added T, then P, and strangely got chainsaw PT (not TP)
then tried to add another P, got an error. see on the screen below, or get my  save (http://www.4shared.com/file/fk4C9mU8/save-2xPcantDo.html) and try add a P yourself
I have tried to add another P on a "red armor (P)", it was not possible neither. Tried on a  double shotgun, it worked ok.

Melee weapons follow armor rules for modding instead of for ranged weapons.  In particular, only 1 additional mod per level of Whizkid may be added, and they are restricted to only 1 mod per type.

To make an assembly with 2 of the same mod on a melee weapon, you add the doubled mod last (so if it was AATB, you'd have to add an agility mod last to make it work).

I just got a reaper a second before reading your explanation.
The wiki doesnt mention anythig so i thought its a bug.
Thx for the explanation.

Would any od the admins move it to general doom rl forum please.
