Suddenly plenty of Elites and Stalkers attacked me in already (though partly) discovered sector. I used inc grenade first but that didn't help me much because of quantity and quality of the enemy. After that I blew up frag grenade but it was not enough also. Finally I understood that there are only two ways out - die horribly and die horribly with taking those bastards with me into the depths of hell. Well... To be honest I hoped that krak grenade wouldn't scrape me but it did.
What I noticed is extremely rarity of sawed-off shotgun and colt. I only found one sawed-off shotgun (but decided not to take it because of low penetration rate) and no colts at all. I think that these two weapons should appear more often. Now I play as HW and I have really big problems with ammo sometimes. Sawed-off shotgun or usual shotgun (primary weapon I mean) would help me but I can't find them yet.
I must admit that 5.56 weapons is a great addition into the game. FN SCAR really helps much at the beginning. And it is a great step forward to compare with previous versions of the game there you experienced ammo lack all the time but in the very beginning.

There could also be beacons as alternative to map marks. So I could put them near some weapon or medkits so it would be easier to find them later. Beacons should work like marks from dead bodies or barrels but with specific symbol and colour.

Well at least we need map of the whole level with already opened sectors in it. Something like that:
Where M is main tower, S is security tower, m is medical tower, and s is storage tower.
And it would be really great if I could make my own marks attached to these sectors. For example if I'll move cursor to storage tower then I'll see a mark that I left there earlier - "shotgun". That means that I left shotgun in that sector that can be useful when I'll go back cause there will be no more 9mm ammo in my inventory or on the level but will be pretty many shotgun shells. You may count it as a map AlienRL notepad. For now I can do it in actual notepad but it is not very convenient.

I asked that already but I didn't receive an answer about it. For now there are only barrels and dead alien bodies (didn't find any benefit from it) marked behind the sight line. What would be really great is to mark ammo, weapons and other useful stuff that is lying on the floor so you could run already discovered areas without such a trouble (changing to weapon which ammo you have, gathering leaved medpacs, etc.).

But you can take only 23 knives with you. In case if you won't take any medkit or any other useful thing. More than that - knives can be found not very often and you can throw them only on four squares.

On the start player receive two random exotic items (at least one weapon and special, armor, boots or weapon) that he already discovered. Player can use only exotics, assemblies and uniques. Normal weapon can't shoot (knife can not be thrown or used), normal armor and boots will not give any affect except move maluses. Small and large health globes aren't work, just like small and large med-packs (phase devices, envirosuit pack, Supercharge Globe, Berserk Pack, Computer Map and Tracking Map possibly too, need to test balance).
