Title: Positional sound system options?

As you guys may know having sound turned on is something crucial if you want to succeed in doomRL, but my headset broke and now only one side works, making it so I can't hear anything on the right side of the Doomguy. Is there any way to fix this other than buying a new headset?

Does adjusting the balance in your OS volume control help?
