Title: [0.9.9.5] Phobos Base Entry Edge Walkable

Normally, the edge of the map is not traversable, even if it's occupied by tiles that you can normally walk on (rivers do this).

But the right edge of the Phobos Base Entry (where there are no walls) IS traversable, despite being on the edge of the map.

The game doesn't let you move off the map, just the pathing is a little inconsistent.

Currently, there are tentative plans to remove the restriction from walking on the edge of the map for version 0.9.9.7
