This is unlikely to come up in most non 100/666 games, but I just disassembled my third Trigun on this run.  Uniques are marked "found" on pickup, so if you unload/scavenge them on the ground, yahtzee!

I assume this is unintentional behavior, and will revel in having this many nano packs while I still can.

Cateye and Max Carnage go really well together.

My only damageless mortuary was Cateye AoMC with a nanomach T-mod plasma rifle, which was just plain glorious.

I kinda like things how they are now, actually.  Especially with the sound.  "Shit, something is lurking around the corner" amps up the nervousness/tension and encourages me to focus on the game.

I haven't faced Cybie in the new version yet, so if there are serious changes then all this may be worthless, but:

In 996 I frequently took 0 damage from the big C without particularly trying.  The rocket launcher is the easiest weapon to dodge, so as long as there's clear space behind you, sidestepping is likely to work well for you even without DM.  With DM, the only danger is that he nails you before you see him, or that you start somewhere unable to face him in the open.  The change to tac boots makes it a little harder, but 2 levels in HR, you have max dodge chance at 7 squares away even without any gear or running.

I haven't played Gunrunner yet but I feel like that would make getting the head really entertaining.

If you're playing the "I have all the levels of hell to find cool gear" game, cerberus also goes well if you apply it to ballistic vest, duelist armor, or gothic armor, all of which have 50% resistance to the categories cerberus doesn't touch.  Though at that point you probably want to take a lot of TaN and/or hope you find an onyx mod to put on the completed non-invulnerable armor.  (I feel like gothic must be best for this, but I haven't found any in a long time.)

Corner shooting and radar shooting are both really useful, and I think you can get some mileage out of playing on ITYTD (which spawns more random-ammo-on-the-floor, which means you can radar-shoot a lot), and sitting down each time you take damage and figure out what you could have done differently.

There's really no such thing as too much cowardice.

Also, I am not the most experienced player, but I find that Finesse and Hellrunner are both very powerful, and allow me to be less cowardly and still survive.  They speed up my two most common actions, moving and shooting.  This means that sometimes, if I blunder into an enemy's sight-line, I can get off the first shot (which might kill them outright) or step back around a corner (which will save me a hit) before they can even react.  (Hellrunner also increases dodge chance, but dodging is kind of weird, and only useful against a handful of creature types.)

It was a Sharpshooter run.  Had I known I'd get the Grammaton, I might have done Gun Kata, but I figured I'd try something new, because I'd gone GK on my HNTR AoMr.  (Which took me so many more tries than the UV run that I also found the Grammaton somewhere in there, but I had no idea what I'd come across.)

On my first AoMr UV run, there was a vault on level 3 with the Grammaton Beretta in it.
