Why don't I get the UAC Star (bronze cluster) when I get the UAC Star (silver cluster)?
It should be included because when I do 50 kills without taking damage then the 25 kills for bronze are already reached.

The same is with the UAC Star (gold cluster). It should include silver and bronze. Shouldn't it?

When editing the file config.lua I noticed the following:

In the comments almost always "FALSE" or "TRUE" are written upper case.

If I use "FALSE" or "TRUE" anywhere I get the following when I start the game:
An unhandled exception occurred at $00459433 :
EVariantTypeCastError : Could not convert variant of type (Null) into type (Boolean)
  $0041CECD  TDOOM__CREATE,  line 290 of src/doombase.pas
  $00402069  main,  line 74 of src/doomrl.pas

When using "false" or "true" lower case then everything is fine.

Or to make it short:

    APP->crash( "unhandled exception" );

I found a reproducable bug with the melee kill counter:

A melee kill with pistol in the hand counts a kill with the pistol but not as a melee kill.

Solution 1: Count kill as pistol AND melee kill (not so good because TOTAL would need an other calculation)
Solution 2: count kill as melee kill only (preferred)

I noticed the following while playing 0.9.9 and beeing an AoI:

When I pick up a modpack and choose a thingy where it can't be applied (means choose "b" for boots but don't wearing some boots) then the modpack gets consumed. What I expected was that it drops off to the ground again if it can not be applied, but it seems to crumble to dust.

while playing DoomRL 0.9.9 on Windows 7 I came to this strange situation:

Obviously a lost soul is hovering over me. I considder this a bug even if the lost soul can fly.

The '@' is in the lower right corner of the room.

AliensRL / Linuxproblem

I tried the linuxversion and it works allmost fine.

1. Why do I have to be root to start the game? I should be able to start it even if not root (I dont care if I can't play with sound then!)

2. To escape from an action like look ant fire I allways have to press [Esc] two times.

3. Great Game!
