Around round 25 of 0951, I had a round where 9/8 enemies spawned, including uber Karmak. I shot him in the face a little bit, and it ended as a victory. Is this supposed to happen? Mortem spoilered.

Requests For Features / Revolver

Just to add some variety for handgun challenges, we could add a new type of ammo and handgun, and perhaps change the existing handguns just a wee bit to make each interesting and unique.
For revolvers, we could use perhaps .357 mag or .44 mag, give them a 5 or 6 round capacity, higher damage, slower reload.
For semi-autos using 10mm, bump up the capacity to around 12 perhaps. Lower damage and faster reload than revolvers. Maybe a touch higher accuracy.
This type of change could be applied to existing uniques and whatnot such as Trigun, which is a revolver.
It'd make AoMr a little more interesting than grabbing just 10mm, and with the two types that could be balanced against each other, it might offer some interesting play experiences.

I think this is exactly why it's an option. On lower difficulties, starting in the front is nice, because it's easier to get inside. On the tougher difficulties, starting out in the open can be pretty brutal depending on the mood of the RNG.

Seems that in order for me to live for longer than a turn, I need early TaN. This game involved more luck than you can shake a stick at for me, what with nicely placed berserk packs, or easy access to stairs. Nabbing LS was nice, and made the end game much easier.

I haven't seen a single nano mod in any of the games I've played, so I've not had a chance to play with any of the nano assemblies. A constant favorite of mine has quickly become the tactical set due to the ease it can be constructed, but the assault rifle has been a godsend. I dunno how much fun I've had in The Mortuary with MAc + Assault Rifle + Chainfire. Low fire time, amazing accuracy, and a never ending stream of bullets has been amazing. Totally makes up for the lack of EE, and the damage is great.
I wish there were some assemblies for the plasma rifles, aside from the any ranged weapon ones.

And when I say mods everywhere, man, I dunno what's going on.
I had so many agility mods that run, I didn't know what to do. Two nukes, but never any convenient invulns to properly enjoy them. I don't know how many tech mods I passed along the way, either. Power and bulk seemed very rare by comparison.
Hoping my luck would extend into AoB following this run, I discovered just how much this game can really dash my hopes. If I had to describe the 4 or 5 AoB runs I tried following this, I'd say barrels everywhere! Has anyone else noticed mods everywhere?
