Title: DoomRL 0.9.8.5 for Linux and FreeBSD officialy released!

Yes finally there's an official version of DoomRL for Linux! (and for FreeBSD as a bonus :)).

Get it at the Download section of the official site:

Please read the "unix notes" file before running it. Bot are available in two versions -- one with sound (needing SDL and SDL_mixer) and one without. Added in the package are shell scripts for running it under the more common terminals. Don't forget about considering making a donation (http://forum.chaosforge.org/index.php?action=paypal) if you enjoy it :).

At last the sound works, altough I had to disable music in .ini
Still the game crashes on after leaving mortem, so no progrss is written to player.dat and it's impossible to unlock anything in the game.

Edit: it crashes after leaving highscore list after mortem.

It crashes with the same thing on startup for me.
