Title: Making missile damage constant

This is something that stroke me the other day -- Berserk! is a game of tactical bloodshed. One of the most random parts that I noted from peoples posts is the effect of missile weapons, especially crossbow shots. What I was thinking is, that having already randomness in case of missile weapons (will it hit? - however distance <= 4 is a always hit ), it would be more tactical to make damage from missile weapons constant. This especially would be applied to crossbow shots and hunter shots...

Maybe not entirely remove the randomness, just make it over a smaller range of damages. For example, change 2-9 damage to 5-6. That way the average damage would be about the same, and the individual missiles wouldn't have a large range of damages.
