-- General ---------------------------------------------------

Before him 3140 brave souls have ventured into Phobos:
 2971 of those were killed.
20 of those were killed by something unknown.
50 didn't read the thermonuclear bomb manual.
And 87 couldn't handle the stress and committed a stupid suicide.

Some rumours though, say that the Cyberdemon was killed already!
Is he immortal? 12 souls claim to have killed him...
1 sacrificed itself for the good of mankind.
11 killed the bastard and survived.

--------------------------------------------------------------

The only real difficulty in these runs is making it to the Chained Court. After that point i think I ran out of berserk exactly once and got it back within 50 tense turns. Pain elemental caves turn from horrible nightmares to a source of more than enough berserk to last through the game (if you have vampyre anyway). I hung out in one of those caves for a really long time building up shitloads and shitloads of berserk while keeping my health topped up to 200%.

High-difficulty AoB seems to present a very difficult balancing problem. On the one side, the current mechanics for berserking make late-game AoB's significantly overpowered, but a non-berserking player is basically completely doomed unless he manages to quickly start zerking again.

It's worth noting that I didn't get the Longinus Spear... To be honest I was so intent on making it down as fast as possible that I completely forgot about it until I had already passed the entrance floor. Didn't seem to make a difference in the long run though, chainsaw w/ double damage is effective enough already.
