Pretty sweet Kornel! Looks like JH is really coming together.

Nice win. And even better with melee. I do wonder why you pick Bru3 very late in the game. Any reason for it? I can understand the choice for Tan after Ber, but it kept me wondering.

Yeah, sure about the conditions, but the question which remains is : how am I supposed to overload a nuclear weapon with a cursed blade in my hands ?

Whoops, didn't think about that. I guess you have to get a lucky nuke then..

There's no luck involved if im correct. If you fulfill the specific conditions, the Apostle will spawn. As for nukes, you can always find the Nuclear BFG in Limbo/Mortuary and overload it to trigger a nuke.

Well, this answers some questions i thought would never be answered. That's a really impressive run you did there, with all the craziness of having insane weapons.

You picked up lots of badges in this run, good job. AoB can be very tricky if you're used to a melee build with a shotgun as your secondary weapon. I'd recommend going through all special levels you think you can handle (like halls of carnage), simply to gain more traits. With vampyre you don't really need to worry about burning through medpacks as you will usually end up with 200% health near the end of each level.

And now for that full win on AoB. ;)

I can only imagine your surprise when you realized you didn't switch back to LS in the Mortuary.

Yeah, melee marine with vampyre master trait is usually the easiest way to play AoLT imo. Just using the shotgun until the chainsaw or Bru2 and Berserker. I think i also tried with ammochain, but not sure how that ended.

Good job on taking a shotgun build on this challenge. Never had the guts to take it on with such an intense ammo consuming weapon.

Aw man, that sucks. Still got you plenty of melee experience to try again for the next run.

Edit 2: And it looks like Ubisoft is trying to bullshit people into believing that HoMM3 had much worse graphics than it had: http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php?t=949321

O wow, that's gonna give off a real negative vibe. Luckily i still got HoMM 1,2 & 3 in the original (paper) case.

There's a section about corpse disposal in my doomrl guide, here:
http://sylph.me.uk/2%20games/doomrl/DoomRLGuide.txt

Might be worth having a read if you're struggling with nightmare, Zuyl.

Thanks, I'll look into it. Seems like there might be more useful stuff in there.

Didn't even know this but have made use of it countless times, just never knew how it actually worked.

To be fair the wiki is not very clear on this subject. Only if you delve deeper into the strategy pages it's explained why Whizkid works the way it does.

I've watched this video and it helped me a lot when facing N! difficulty. UV is currently my go to difficulty, but seeing as i got almost all badges associated with UV i've been trying to crack N!. I'm not that familiair with corpse-stacking and corpse disposal in general and i tend to make a lot of mistakes by misjudging situations. When i got a little more free time i'm gonna watch some more of your videos, since they're really helpful.

Good job, took my a lot of tries to get Marksman Platinum. Using technician is my go to when playing AoMr. I noticed you didn't enter any special levels besides Military Base. It could have helped you gather a nice amount of modpacks, then you wouldn't be so fragile when facing Cybie.
