Title: Unlocking "MASTER" skills

Hello,

I was wandering how you unlock the master skill for sidearms, I got it up to expert and I have 3000+ xp to burn yet I cannot chose the master skill set. Is there some other tech tree I don't know about which needs upgrading?

You can only learn the master skill if your class has it listed as primary.
