AliensRL / Re: linux binaries for other architectures
« on: January 09, 2008, 06:08 »
Aah, if you already had plans on releasing the source I won't nag for binaries.
I know, I play it on my father's 350MHz K6-2 and the level generation takes a few minutes... could take 15-30 minutes with QEMU's 66MHz :P

AliensRL / linux binaries for other architectures
« on: January 08, 2008, 19:28 »
This almost rabid fan of ascii-xenomorphs has two quick questions:
Many thanks!
- As I'm running Linux on a PowerPC (think non-Mac G3) I'm having some trouble playing AliensRL - QEMU is fast enough to emulate a 66MHz 486 for me, but is there any chance of a linux ppc binary as well?
- What are the min. requirements for AliensRL under Windows? Would win95a be too old and would I need DirectX besides VB/SDL to play?
Many thanks!
