Right now when an Archvile revives an enemy in sight, we get a message (which we can give a very eye-catching color so we won't miss it as we play), is it possible for the same to be applied to a non-Archvile revival in N!?
Next version of course.

We can?

Do we really need a message? The only time you're not gonna know something came back to life is if it dies off screen in a place you haven't seen (via lava, explosion, etc), and that's not really an issue 'cos you're gonna be heading that way anyway.

And the "less-of-a-smart-ass" answer: there's so many monsters in N! you'd be flooded. Unless you mean visible revivals?

Yea, I agree with UnderAPaleGreySky. There are so many monsters in N! I don't even care about planning their revival. I just shoot shoot shoot and gtfo asap :P

At the bottom of doomrl.ini lets you add custom messages to appear in color. RED, BROWN, BLUE, YELLOW, GREEN are valid colors, PURPLE and ORANGE not so much. Here are the extra five entries I added to my ini:
YELLOW_1 = "You shiver from cold...";
YELLOW_2 = "You sense a passage to a place beyond...";
YELLOW_3 = "You feel a breeze of morbid air...";
GREEN_1 = "You feel there is something really valuable here!";
GREEN_2 = "A sense of loss comes over you.";
Other colors could be valid, the ones I listed were the only ones I tested.

So doing this now.
