I'm seeing this in some mortems, but mine are always capped at 3 (or less in certain specific cases). Is this only available after a certain level or in Angel of 100?

You need to reach a high enough clev (I think 20) before the caps are raised.

I think the caps raise after lvl12, but only for basic traits.

Whilst it tends to be an Ao100 thing, you can sometimes get beyond lv12 on an UV run in any mode.
But as a question. Can anyone see any really broken or potentially overpowered traits or trait combos with this? Badass and Ironman(5) might be a little busted (esp with MVa on top) but is there anything else that people can think of. With stats and reasons if possible?
Badass+Ironman(5)=Up to 200 health that doesn't degenerate. That's an absolute f'load of health, with a couple of points of bonus armour on top too. MVa with this combo just makes it all the easier to keep it at this level while you're killing things.

I have a feeling that it still doesn't break the .10 barrier (http://forum.chaosforge.org/index.php/topic,4294.0.html (http://forum.chaosforge.org/index.php/topic,4294.0.html)), but I figure eventually someone will find out.

Firing time never goes below 0.1s. SoaG 5 will reduce any single/double pistol firing time to 0.1s; other modifiers have no additional effect.
