I know that I shouldn't doublepost, but I think this is a neat enough idea that it deserves a new post.

Exotic/Unique, undecided.

Ingame Description:   A somewhat gun-shaped device that looks like it has all sorts of slots for modifications.

Special: Attributes for the gun are determined by what modifications one puts on it.  Starts off with 5 mod slots, Whizkid gives standard mod slots for a maximum of 9 slots.
Power Mod: +1d6 Damage each mod, tops out at 4d6, 3 mods.
Agility Mod: +2 Accuracy, tops out at +6, 3 mods.
Bulk Mod: +2 Ammo Size, tops out at 12, 3 mods.
Technical Mod: -.3 Firing Speed, tops out at 1.1, 3 mods.
Firestorm Weapon Pack: Gives x4 Chaingun-style, allows Chainfire.  More Firestorm Weapon Packs added on increase the multiplier by x2.  Technically unlimited amount of mods, but how many of these are you gonna find?
Sniper Weapon Pack: Gives 100% Accuracy.  More Sniper Weapon Packs give levels of Cateye.  Technically unlimited amount of mods, but how many of these are you gonna find?
Nano Pack: Gives Ammo Regeneration.

Ingame Description:   A completely sawed-off shotgun.  Wieldable in one hand!

Special: Can be used with the Dualgunner trait, Gun Kata capable, Shottyman Capable.  Acts otherwise as a Double-Barreled Shotgun who thinks its a pistol.  Absolutely mind-numbingly devastating if used with two, but that probably won't happen except in Ao100 games.  Cannot use Mods, the guns are minimized too much to accept modifications.

(Damage Calculations:
24-72 Damage, 48 Average. 48-144 Damage,  96 Average with Dualgunner, however, armor points half damage due to Shrapnel Damage, and has DBS range, rendering it far less effective out of close quarters.  It will pretty much eat people close up if you have two, however.)

There's a couple traits out there that have quotes that don't match up with stuff in the Doom Comic.  So that's not entirely true about the Doom Comic thing.


I personally wanna see a TF2 Heavy quote for Ammochain.  XD  After all, it works so well.

Well, main reason I was almost at the end of my shells was because I got lazy on the last few maps and just shot the Super Shotguns at wherever I thought I wanted to hit.

That took up a lot of my shells.  XD

I actually didn't use the Trigun nuke at all, mostly as a sidearm to the first Blaster I got.

And they should probably fix that bug with sniper, I was looking forwards to using a Sniper Minigun.  XD

Not difficult at all.

Thanks to the Plasma Shotgun, whenever I ran out of Shells, I popped to the Plasma Shotgun and used some Power Cells instead of Shells, or used my dual blasters, which again are REALLY REALLY handy.

The Sniper Mod doesn't work on a Minigun, I did that just to try it.  All of the shots miss just as badly as normal.  XD

Well, what can I say.  I got lucky on this trip around, and had plenty of ammo at all times.

Most of the weapons/armor you see there are souveniers, or weapons I used in the past that served me so well that I didn't want to throw them away.  Note the Cybernetic Armor with Nano Pack, that thing saved me more times than I would care to say.  I tried to pretty myself up a bit before entering down the stairs, so that I didn't look like a total wreck.

I went for a Shotty Route, and found the Plasma Shotgun pretty early.  The Plasma Shotgun quite honestly is one of the best shotguns in the game if you can get ammo for it.  Wall-breaking, plasma damage, shotgun Spread, tight cone....  It's nuts.  But not as nuts as...

The two Super Shotgun combo package.

In one hand, we have a Super Shotgun.  In the other hand, we have a Super Shotgun.  Fire one at an Arch-Vile, swap, fire the second one at the arch-vile, Arch-Vile is dead in no time flat, along with causing death/SERIOUS damage to anything around said Arch-vile.

Also, using two blasters is like having an Ammochain Plasma Rifle without the accuracy problems or the trait restrictions.

The reason why I only have one health pack is because I had two cave levels in a row before level 100.  That kinda limits your options.

Speed: 1.0 Sec
Reload Speed: 2.5 Sec, one shell per reload
Accuracy: Shotgun, Spreads less than shotgun.
Clip: 20 (Unloads 5 shells per shot.)
In-Game Description: Might be a bit unwieldy, but 20 shells in the tank doesn't lie.

Eats shells like candy, doesn't spread as much as a shotgun, but does a ton of damage, and serves as a slight in-between between the Chaingun and the Shotgun.

Unfortunately, Army of the Dead did little to save me from an Archvile who got too close, and blew up the Invulnerability Globe that would've saved me.

Army of the Dead would be far better if Hellrunner could be used with it, but again, potential for abuse....

Ah well.  I got the Assault Shotty VERY early, and that helped.  A LOT.
