Title: Three green armors in Callisto 1

Callisto 1, seed 6428, has 3 green armors, two of which are in one chest. Minor issue, but this does seem like an excessive amount - maybe RNG should be tweaked here.

That's just RNG - doing a special case for "do not generate three armors" seems silly.
