Asked of his past, Morgov ponders for a second, then states that one should pay attention to his own buisness instead - but since you ask...
Yurij hails from an ice-capped world of New Petersburg, settled by Russians after the Earth has been turned to debris. He was born unto a family of noblemen, one of dynasties engaged into rivalry for the Planet Govenor's (or the Tzar's, like locals call it) position, as the youngest of four sons. Morgov dynasty was famous for supporting a local assassins' guild and each single male descendant of theirs was bound to join its ranks. So did Matvieyevich, being trained both as a skilled murderer as much as learning things suitable for a noble since his early childhood.
As years passed, conflicts escalated even more. At this time nobody played petty politics already. In a short period of time, the civil war started.
And Yurij was one of the responsibles for the mess.
Willing to end hard political combat, the Morgov guild prepared an assassination of the head of their nemesis' clan. Matvieyevich did take his part as a chaffeur, delivering his eldest brother, Jora, right in the place. Unfortunately, Jora, the heir, was bribed by his victim. Not concerning himself with any hesitations or acting undercover, young Yurij rushed in, gunning down both.
But conflicts didn't end, turning into a turf war. A war the family wasn't at all prepared for. Every single relative of Matvieyevich got his piece of lead, but thanks to young one's fascination with fast vehicles, the last Morgov made it away and off the planet.
Remaining the only heir of family treasures, although the most of them were stolen, for a few years he lived a life of a drifter, without any purpose in life, seeing no chances of getting his revenge. The feeling of guilt made the man fall very low, seeking refuge in alcohol and violent duelling.
Remedy was found suddenly, taking the form of Federal Psionic Institute talent hunters, who somehow did find a spark of arcane powers in the bitter wreck of man. They have taken him, given his life a direction and helped him find the peace of mind. Being a good learner, he quickly found himself advancing rapidly as the Legion's Psi-Ops member.
After a total of eight years, he attained the Captain's rank, being promoted after succesful intervention against rebellion in a backwater world called New Petersburg. Finally getting his revenge on Plohovich faction, captain Morgov left Legion's ranks, not to be heard of anymore.
Until now.
He lights a cigarette, then returns to what was he doing before - checking his trike. The same one he had escaped with so many years ago.

Vastok was no place to live. And it was cetainly no place to be born. Evedro Vasok was born to a Miss 'Emmy' Vastok. The father was a crew man on a passing ship who disappeared soon after their chance encounter. The city was crowded, and with the poor conditions of the Starport, there was a severe lack of trade. It was hard work for her supporting a child in such a hostile environment. Her family provided support for a time but stopped as their own financial burdens caught up with them.
Growing up, Evedro would always sneak into the bar in the Starport and listen to the crewmen tell tales of their voyages. Places more advanced with wonders no one had seen in this sector. Other had tales of planets where going to the bathroom turned into a fight for survival. Young Evedro soaked this all in as he grew and wished to be rid of this stagnate city.
At the age of 15 he told his mother goodbye and ran off. At first he tried asking one of the traders to take him out the city but they all just laughed at him. Not giving up he stowed away on a small freighter that had stopped in for a few days to repair. Slipping into one of the supply crates. He hid, unfortunately it wasn't long before he was discovered. Pleading to not be sent back, the Captain put him to work as a helper in the kitchen. His body however had not developed properly from malnutrition and left him unsuitable to do any heavy lifting.
He received a lot of teasing from the crew members for his weak body but his true strength shined when things broke. It started with the stove in the kitchen. Then a few broken water pipes. A leaky steam valve. Someone's watch he had a natural propensity for fixing hat was broke. Finally, after 6 months of voyage, the ship reached its destination. A remote Military outpost.
The base had all sort of vehicles and ships in the Docking bay that Evedro had only heard about. He just had to take them apart. However this got him into aot of trouble when he was caught. Explaining that he only wants to see how it works, the MPs and CO of the base laughed and told him it was above his 'paygrade', an essentially a fuck off comment due to him not being military to begin with. However his response quickly shut them up. "How do I raise my Paygrade?" he asked, not batting an eye. The CO collected himself and said, "Son, if you wish to look at our machines, you will have to become a part of our machine."
Bidding goodbye to the crew of the ship which brought him there, Evedro waited at the base, getting a basic feel for military life. When the next staff relief ship from the Federation's main base arrived, Evedro boarded; Ready to officially join the Federation's 3rd Fleet.
2780 - Evedro enlists and is assigned as an assistant engineer on the Federation Destroyer 'Iria'.
2783 - The Iria participates in several skirmishes along the Galian verge, Most notably the siege of Tudor V
2784 - Evedro is assigned to exterior repairs and granted permissions and training for the use of military Vacc Suits
2788 - Promoted to Petty Officer 3rd Class. Is assigned to monitor Drive output and compile a report to evaluate the new G-Drive that was installed.
2792 - Promoted to Petty Officer 2nd Class. Success with his previous special assignment led to him being reassigned to the Federation Capital Ship 'Bathyscape III' for advanced training courses
2796 - Promoted to Petty Officer 1st Class. The higher ups continue to assign him to training courses.
2800 - Promoted to Chief Petty Officer.
2801 - Bathyscape III was subject to an ambush in the Theta Quadrant of Federation space by Rebels. With timely reinforcements, the Rebels were pushed back and tracked to their main base where they were annihilated.

Worked on research developing nueral communication for coma patients to be able to communicate. The research was purportedly stolen by superiors Drs. Ramirez and Synthia Baltar, and Dr. Samuels of the neurological division of the Federation Research Center (FRC). Dr. Shelder transferred off of research team.
2791-2795: Surgeon at Hope Medical
Dr. Shelder begins rotation at “Hope Medical,” largest hospital on Vergon. Given his high level of technical skill he quickly becomes known as the lead nuero-surgeon and one of the hospital’s greatest asset. Rumors from various sources stated that Dr. Shelder was part of the research and development team for the Legion’s latest in nuero-medical combat armor, albeit unproven.
2795-2800: Individual Contract by Federation
Discovery! Dr. Shelder contracted by the Federation for research on the fringe planet “Devout.” As of yet unexplored, Dr. Shelder served as a researcher for the exploratory force. With his research partner Dr. Coral, representative of the archeological division of the Federation Research Center, the two discovered a myriad of valuable alien artifacts. Research progressed slowly but surely, and all their efforts came to fruition when they discovered the un-catalogued remains of what is assumed to have been one of the natives.
With his suggestion to send the specimen back to the Federation to examine, the specimen was preserved and sent to Drs. Ramirez and Synthia Baltar of the FRC for testing. Shortly after arrival, the specimen went missing. Proper paperwork showed that the delivery arrived intact at their laboratory, Dr. Ramirez Baltar was also found to be missing. Urged by public opinion, a federation manhunt was quickly in order. Turned in by a Navy research vessel, Dr. Baltar denied ever receiving the specimen. After a short court battle with a cutthroat FRC prosecutor, Dr. Baltar was found guilty of stealing valuable research material and sentenced to 15 years in jail. His professional achievements and etiquette in strong public doubt, Dr. Baltar hanged himself in his cell one week into imprisonment. Fellow researcher Dr. Coral and the widowed Dr. Synthia Baltar also appear to be missing, although no foul play is suspected in either case.
2800 - 2803: Re-employed by the FRC
In an attempt to save public face and avoid a lawsuit, the FRC offered Dr. Shelder a job, numerous research grants and promising teams of which the first two were graciously taken and the third turned town. Operating in near complete isolated autonomy for four years, Dr. Shelder had very little public appearance and fell of the radar of the research community. With what appeared to be a promising career in Neurology and Medicine before him, Dr. Shelder gave up his research and practice and terminated his link to the FRC.

At times seems to be very focused, charismatic, and knowledgeable, but capable of a complete personality change within moments to a state of high excitability and mania. At other times seems to be very reserved. Knowledge of biology: great. Knowledge of geology: high where natural cures and remedies are concerned. Knowledge of classic literature and popular culture: nil. Knowledge of Neurology and Medicine: Immense. One of the most intelligent individuals I have ever met. Diagnosis: Schizophrenia.
