Requests For Features / N+ difficulty

This is insanely unfair difficulty:
All of the enemies are replaced with it's N! or boss copies.
To give this difficulty bonuses: 2x or 3x or 4x the exp.
And unique items spawn more often (2x-4x).
Also random events are doubled/tripled.
Unlocked on Chaos Marshal-- till No-Life King rank.
And yes, you can play all of the challenges with this difficulty.
This difficulty is for those people for whom regular N! is not enough.
And this difficulty should have some new special events.

Tried
player.flags[BF_BERSERK] = true
And the resistances are 0 + no DR
player.flags[BF_MODEXPERT] = true
Can't mod U items.
And BF_INV/STAIR/ENV works
